My career began in kitchen design and later expanded into architecture, engineering, and graphic design—giving me a well-rounded understanding of the entire construction process. To get started, we kindly ask for a floor plan or a rough drawing with measurements, plus a few photos showing the kitchen style you would love to achieve. We also request all appliance specifications you plan to use. This information helps us provide a rough cabinetry estimate tailored to your project and ensure everything fits seamlessly into your new kitchen design.

After gathering all your initial details, we’ll send you a rough cabinetry estimate along with a 3D rendering to help you truly visualize your future kitchen renovation. It’s like getting a sneak peek at the heart of your new home—no hard hat required!

Ready to move forward?
A design fee is required to kick off the full design process. The design fee includes a separate site visit and full kitchen measurement service to ensure every detail is accurate. The good news is, that fee will be fully credited toward your cabinetry purchase!

This is where Kitchens by Frankie works his magic. Frankie will thoroughly review your layout to address key considerations like:
- Does anything need to be moved to improve traffic flow and functionality?
- Do you prefer drawers or rollouts for better organization?
- Are there any special cabinet accessories you'd like to incorporate?
- Will your island have a different finish from the rest of your cabinetry?
Every detail will be carefully considered to ensure your kitchen is both functional and beautiful, tailored to your exact preferences.

No turning back now—this is when your cabinetry project truly starts coming to life!
Once you approve the final design, we carefully review each cabinet, double-check all measurements for precision, and create detailed notes and specifications for the manufacturer. Every detail is double-checked to make sure your kitchen comes together exactly as planned.
Lead times can vary between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer, and the final lead time will be provided at the time of each order, once the deposit is placed and we receive your acknowledgment.

This is the most exciting and fulfilling part of your kitchen project—the moment everything you've envisioned starts to come together. Once your cabinetry is ready, we'll carefully coordinate the delivery to ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition, ready for installation.
If you don’t have a kitchen cabinetry installer, Kitchens by Frankie can recommend one we've successfully worked with on previous projects. If you prefer to provide your own installer, we’ll ensure they’re up to speed on the design by providing detailed plans and scheduling an initial installation visit prior to starting.
